Revolution Medicines announced publication of Phase 1/2 clinical trial data for RASONQUE (daraxonrasib) in previously treated RAS mutant non-small cell lung cancer in the New England Journal of Medicine. The trial showed a 42% objective response rate and 16.0 months median overall survival in a docetaxel-naïve subgroup, with a manageable safety profile. Results support the ongoing Phase 3 RASolve 301 trial.
