Nxera Pharma announced it will receive an $8.6 million milestone payment from Centessa Pharmaceuticals (a subsidiary of Eli Lilly) following late-stage development progress on selective orexin receptor 2 (OX2R) agonist candidates. The payment will be recognized as revenue in Q3 2026. Nxera retains rights to future development, commercialization milestones, and royalties from the OX2R agonist programs.
