Novartis announced positive results from late-stage REMODEL-1/-2 studies showing remibrutinib, a BTK inhibitor, significantly reduced annualized relapse rates versus Aubagio in relapsing multiple sclerosis patients. The drug also reduced inflammatory brain lesions with a favorable safety profile. Novartis plans global regulatory filings and will present data at MSToronto2026. Shares gained 6% on the news.
